The grand opening gala took place on 14th January 2011 in the Metro restaurant. The evening program included an official introduction and the entertainment part - the high spot of the evening was provided by belly dancers. Among the invited guests were the clients, employees and the Board of Sii, as well as the representatives of the companies operating on the Poznań market and the local authorities. At the meeting, they had an opportunity to get better knowledge of the company's profile and the development plans of the Poznań branch of Sii, which is to provide employment for IT specialists and strengthen the local sector of modern technology. 

Up to now, Sii has had three branches: in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław. It was only a matter of time to open another branch in Poznań - the regional potential, highly qualified IT specialists and growing needs of the clients with whom the company has already been collaborating, determined the decision on starting another Sii branch in Wielkopolska. The Poznań Sii office is located in the very centre of the town, at 27 Grudnia St. 3 and was opened in October. Three months later, it employs twenty consultants and plans to double the number of employees in the following six months. The employment offer is directed mainly to programmers and analysists. However, the company shows stable growth what makes the Sii recruitment needs increase constantly.  

The opening gala gave an opportunity to look through the history of Sii and its development perspectives on the fifth company's anniversary. Sii has thrived from one to over four hundred employees increasing its turnover from 2,3 mln PLN in 2006 to 50,5 mln PLN in 2010. What is more, the company has considerably expanded the range of services - currently, Sii has been carrying out comprehensive IT projects for banks, insurance companies, telecommunication sector, power sector, industry sector and FMCG. There are plans to open another Sii branch this year - this time in Cracow.
