website is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities:

  • Some videos published on vortals do not have subtitles.
  • Some videos published on vortals do not have an alternative text version.
  • Videos published on vortals do not have audio description.
  • Some vortals have insufficient contrast between the content and the background.
  • Not all links in the publications have clear descriptions.
  • The forms do not provide users with instructions on how to correct errors.
  • PDF files can be read using an OCR tool.
  • Some vortals contain HTML code that does not comply with current standards.

Anyone has the right to request that a digital website, mobile application or any of their elements should be made accessible. It is also possible to request that information should be made available in alternative formats, for example, to read a document that is not digitally accessible or to describe the content of a video without audio description, etc. The request should include the details of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application is concerned and the method of contact. If the requester indicates the need to receive information in an alternative form, they should also specify the form of this information.

The public entity should fulfil the request promptly and no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the applicant when the request will be met, which shall not be later than 2 months. If it is not possible to ensure accessibility, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information.

Architectural accessibility

The tabs contain:

  • a description of the accessibility of the building entrance and passage through the control areas,
  • a description of the accessibility of corridors, stairs and elevators,
  • a description of the adjustments, e.g. ramps, platforms, voice information, induction loops,
  • information about the right of admission with an assistance dog and possible justified restrictions.
