Hackathon took place as part of the Tech of Tomorrow conference in Poznań.

Tech of Tomorrow is a technology conference that brings together industry leaders, innovators, and tech enthusiasts to discuss the latest advancements in blockchain, AI, and IoT. The Polish Blockchain Association organises it in collaboration with Zondacrypto and the Smart City Lab of the city of Poznań. The Hack of Tomorrow hackathon, a core part of the conference, challenged participants to develop AI-driven solutions within 24 hours, competing for a prize pool of $14,000.

SOFTSWISS was honoured to serve as a hackathon partner and actively contribute to the event. The company was represented by Stanislau Biarkovich, Head of Architecture at SOFTSWISS, who participated as a jury member and keynote speaker. To celebrate the hackathon winners' success, SOFTSWISS awarded them a gift certificate for a team dinner at a Michelin-listed restaurant in Poznań. Additionally, all participants received a welcome package from the company.

Valentina Bagniya, CMO at SOFTSWISS, commented on the company's involvement: - It is important for us to support initiatives like this because, as a tech brand, we see significant potential in integrating AI into all aspects of our operations - from product development to task management and communication. We are confident that the future lies in collaborative work between AI and humans. However, for large companies, this process is far from simple. There are many nuances, including security concerns, that we cannot overlook. This was one of the key points highlighted in Stanislav's keynote - to give young talents an understanding of the real challenges we face every day.

During the speech, Stanislav Berkovich delivered his talk "Mapping the AI Agent Landscape: Lessons from Big Tech for Your Next Project". Drawing on real-life examples from SOFTSWISS, he demonstrated how large language models (LLMs) are already transforming workflows across various teams, including developers, testers, support specialists, and analysts. Stanislav's presentation covered how AI tools help streamline routine tasks such as documentation, testing, client communications, and email processing, ultimately increasing productivity and reducing human error. He emphasised that the true potential lies in the synergy between humans and AI - where artificial intelligence enhances human capabilities rather than replacing them.

The involvement of SOFTSWISS in the event reflects its deep commitment to AI adoption and its practical applications in solving business challenges. The company has already embedded AI-driven tools into multiple internal processes and continues to explore new ways of leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and innovation.
