Poznań at the real estate festival event of the year

MIPIM hosts more than 300 stands each year and over 20,000 delegates from at least 90 countries. Key stakeholders such as national leaders, regional and local self-governments, agencies, developers, construction companies, start-ups, funds or other real estate experts or analysts reshape the future of the industry, of our cities and regions, of our lives. Dr Mario Draghi, former Italian Prime Minister and President of the European Central Bank, will give the MIPIM Opening Keynote.
Representatives from key players in Europe, including Germany, France, the UK, Italy and Spain, will attend. The Middle East will be represented by Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, among others. Asia will be represented by Japan and Thailand, while the Americas will be represented by delegations from the US, Canada and Brazil.
Delegations from many European metropolises, including Barcelona, Berlin, London, Paris and Rome, will be present at MIPIM. Poland will be well represented, with stands from Warsaw and Wrocław, among others, alongside Poznań.
MIPIM is also a space for the largest companies in the real estate sector, such as SKANSKA, Panattoni, Bouygues Immobilier, VINCI Immobilier and BPI. Many of them are actively investing in urban development with office, residential and warehouse projects also in Poznań.
- Poznań has been present at MIPIM for many years, which is a clear and strong sign for investors that our city is a reliable and stable partner to cooperate with - says Katja Lożina, head of the Investor Relations Department. Mayor Jacek Jaśkowiak, together with deputy mayor Natalia Weremczuk and other representatives of the City will host, at the official stand of Poznań, many guests, such as delegations of regional or local governments, real estate companies, developers, etc.
Like every year, the City of Poznań will present its rich investment offer at the expo, as well as the potential of the Poznań Metropolitan Area and its stand partners. The 58 m² space will be located in a prestigious location, in the vicinity of other Polish representatives, providing excellent visibility and the opportunity to establish key business contacts.
- The properties we are presenting at MIPIM 2025 are diverse in terms of size, function or location - adds Natalia Weremczuk, deputy mayor of Poznań. - This year's offer includes 13 areas, most of which are located in areas with a valid local zoning plan. The locations are attractive and include mostly undeveloped land, e.g. in the city centre or near the main railway station. We are convinced that in the future investments shaping the image of Poznań will be created here.
