Specialist in the Innovation Development Team in Local Governments of the Polish Development Fund. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Visual Culture Management at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She gained competence in Urban Studies in Rotterdam, Tallinn and Leeds. She worked in public administration participating in the process of developing the National Urban Policy 2030. Coordinator of the Digital City network within the Partnership Cities Initiative. In cities, she is most interested in the processes occurring at the interface between the spatial dimension and new technologies.
