A key objective of the Global Eventex Awards is to recognise the outstanding achievements and creativity of companies in the field of event organisation, as well as to evaluate the high quality of services provided by contractors. The winners were selected in May from a record number of 1207 applications, which came from 62 countries and six continents. Participants and competitors in this year's prestigious awards included such high-profile companies as Lufthansa, Unilever, Vodafone, Cisco and many others.
The Values Fest corporate event, which brought SOFTSWISS the award, took place in autumn 2023 and brought together 1,200 employees from 40 countries. The festival took place over five days on Turkey's Antalya coast and included more than 50 different activities, ranging from team-building exercises and professional public speaking skills training to amateur sports and e-sports events. A comfortable shuttle service was provided for participants. The first day of the festival was a team-building day, during which active team-building took place. During the second day, the main event took place: the white party, where company employees, SOFTSWISS founder Ivan Monitk, as well as global stars of Global Deejays stood behind the DJ console. The festival ended with an intimate evening on the beach with a bonfire and the sounds of an acoustic concert.

One of the main objectives of the event was to present the company's updated value system: We see people, We care, We embrace changes, We push for customer success, We excel). All events were organised on this basis, including a conference of corporate experts, where everyone could share their knowledge with their colleagues and perform on the big stage. In addition to the educational programme, each day of the festival was also filled with entertainment to help integrate employees and management.
