As of now (2024), the team has more than 15 different professional awards, including Provider of the Year, Responsible Gaming Award and Best Customer Support of the Year. International team

Over the 15 years of operation, the number of SOFTSWISS employees has grown to more than 2,000 people who come from 30 countries around the world. Of these, 450 employees work in Poland, specifically in the development centres in Poznan and Warsaw. By 2023, the company's Polish team had grown by 98%.

Social responsibility and charitable activities

The company is actively involved in international and local charitable projects, supporting global social initiatives. These include helping shelters and greening a park in Warsaw, supporting women's health through the Pink October campaign, and joining the global Movember campaign (SOFTSWISS employees grew moustaches and beards to raise awareness of oncology and men's diseases),. There is also World Clean Up the World Day - SOFTSWISS employees cleaned up a green area in Poznań, collecting more than 50 bags of waste. The company also supports local initiatives and education, promoting technology and innovation. In Poland, SOFTSWISS organised a hackathon together with Smart City Poznań, during which students and IT professionals presented ideas that could change the approach to waste sorting in the city.

Strategic development

SOFTSWISS plans to continue to expand its international presence by investing in artificial intelligence, machine learning and other new technologies to further improve its products and services. The company intends to develop partnerships and support operators in achieving their business goals to strengthen its position in Poland and other key regions. More than 20% of the company's employees work in Poland, highlighting the importance of the local market. SOFTSWISS founder Ivan Montik comments:
