Poznan Metropolis Association is an association of communes and districts of Poznan agglomeration, which includes: the City of Poznan, Poznań district, communes of Poznań district, Oborniki, Srem, Szamotuly and Skoki, as well as communes and districts showing strong ties with the Poznan agglomeration. The aim of the Association is to promote the idea of territorial self-government and protect common interests of its members, and in particular, to support socio-economic development of the Metropolis and cooperation between communes and districts in this area.
