The conference is set in Poznań, the heart of Central-Eastern Europe, placed ideally between Berlin and Warsaw. Poznań plays an important role in the local economy as a strong academic, business and commerce centre. Poznań is becoming one of the quantum informatics centres. The city is a hub focusing on smart solutions, which utilise the potential of businesses offering innovations as well as a great educational sector preparing the future workforce.
Smart City Poznań CEE Congress & Metropolitan IT Summit is an event, which was preceded by three editions of conference Smart City Wielkopolska & Guests. Initially, a local initiative, that thanks to our Partners- grows to the status of the smart city event for the Central-Eastern Europe.
The CEE Congress & Metropolitan IT Summit is a platform for sharing experiences, good practices and a place to find innovative solutions for cities. It is a meeting place for local government representatives with scientists, experts and practitioners who are creating the cities of the future.
The conference is an international event and will be accesible for Polish and English speaking as well as hearing impaired guests.

Admission is free for Poznań residents verified in the ID Poznań system, representatives of the public sector, universities, students of Poznań secondary schools over 18 years of age.
