International consulting company Rödl & Partner has opened its office in the Nowy Rynek E building
Rödl & Partner's head office in Nowy Rynek E is the company's sixth office in Poland, alongside branches in Gdańsk, Gliwice, Kraków, Warsaw and Wrocław. However, it has been operating in Poznań alone for 30 years. It specialises in auditing, Business Process Outsourcing, taxation, law and consulting. The company was founded in 1977 as a one-person law firm. Today, it is present in 49 countries, with 5,800 employees worldwide, including 618 in Poland.
Rödl & Partner experts have almost 1,000 sq m of space at their disposal. Working comfort is ensured, among other things, by a modern ventilation system with filters and adiabatic humidifiers, providing more fresh air. Air conditioning based on a chilled beam system works quietly and efficiently. The office spaces are maximised with natural light. This is supplemented by intelligent, energy-efficient LED lighting.
- The Poznań branch has always, for 30 years, been developing dynamically in many ways: increase in employment, service offer, new solutions, development of standards or software. The change of the office location was dictated by many aspects, also such as ecology, hybrid work or easier access for employees - says Magdalena Ludwiczak, Partner responsible for the Poznań branch of Rödl & Partner.
- The change of location to the modern Nowy Rynek E office building is a step towards even better support for our clients and ensuring optimal working conditions for our team - adds Renata Kabas-Komorniczak, Managing Partner at Rödl & Partner. - Poznań has always been a strategic location for us, especially important in the context of cooperation with German companies and the Mittelstand sector. In times of increasing importance of nearshoring and friendshoring, our presence here strengthens our position. We are not only opening up to new markets, but also to innovations, such as non-financial ESG reporting, which are becoming crucial for our partners. Our integrated operations across Poland allow us to support the development of talent in different regions and strengthen our position as a leader in providing comprehensive advisory services.
- Moving to a new, comfortable office is an important event for the company, especially when the space will be fully adapted to the hybrid reality in which we all currently work. We are confident that the space we have prepared will fully meet our partner's needs and will allow Rödl & Partner to continue to provide the highest quality services - also to the benefit of the Poznań business - says Małgorzata Wojtoń, senior manager for leasing and building value management at Skanska's CEE office company.
- We would like to thank Rödl & Partner for the trust the company has once again placed in Newmark Polska's team of experts by entrusting us with the process of relocation and negotiating the lease terms of its new office in Poznań. I am convinced that the new location will provide Rödl & Partner's employees and clients with the highest level of comfort and a friendly working environment, as well as a boost to the company's further dynamic development - says Joanna Bartosiewicz, Senior Associate, Newmark Polska.
Poznań's new signature
Building E, like the entire Nowy Rynek, has already become a permanent feature of Poznań's landscape. Thanks to its proximity to Poznań Główny railway station, tram and bus stops, and a network of cycle paths, it offers easy access from every corner of the city. Great exposure makes it a prestigious and recognisable place, corresponding to high standards of business activity.
Skanska's investment helps tenants implement their own sustainability policies, thanks to technologies that reduce water and electricity consumption. Its distinguishing feature is an internal square accessible to everyone, with plenty of greenery, a fountain, pergolas and small architecture. Its idea draws on the tradition of Poznan's many squares and markets.
In June this year, Nowy Rynek E was bought by Swedish company Eastnine AB for more than €79 million.
