The award recognises locations that are exceptionally committed to economic development and attract key investments. The City of the Year title was decided by an independent jury of recognised experts from the real estate, finance and investment management industries. The CEE Investment Awards gala and forum is one of the key events on the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • The international rating agency Fitch Ratings confirmed Poznań's international long-term foreign and local currency debt ratings at A- with a stable outlook.
  • CEE Business Services Summit&Awards 2024 The City of Poznań won in the category: MOST DYNAMICALLY DEVELOPING CITY IN POLAND. The judges of the competition assessed the growth of new investments in the modern business services sector as well as projects and initiatives that support the development of companies in the outsourcing and shared service centres sector. The jury included experts and consultants, such as Andrew Hallam from Aspire, Romek Lubaczewski from PwC or Eliaz van Herwaarden from Colliers International. The event was held for the twelfth time and for years has been one of the most prestigious competitions for the modern services industry in the entire CEE region. It brings together independent experts, business representatives and representatives of regional cities.
  • European Cities and Regions of the Future 2023/2024 For another year in a row, the City of Poznań has conquered the podium in the annual fDi Intelligence survey. According to the report "European Cities and Regions of the Future 2023', the capital of Wielkopolska is the second most business-friendly city! In the overall ranking, it took 7th place among locations such as Hamburg, Rotterdam and Manchester. This year, Poznań qualified in the category of large cities.
  • In the Business Insider Poland ranking, Poznań was named the best city to live in Poland in 2023 and ranked 3rd in 2024. The analysis was prepared on the basis of various economic and social factors.
  • ABSL Poland Appreciation Gala - an award for a significant contribution to the development of the modern services industry. The effective and professional cooperation with business was appreciated, as well as the creation of a friendly pro-investment climate.

  • "Forbes" in 2020 published a ranking that recognised Poznań as one of the 20 most pleasant cities to live in for Americans.
  • Gmina na 5! The City of Poznań has won the prestigious title of Gmina na 5! awarded by the Institute of Enterprise of the Warsaw School of Economics. Over 650 municipalities from all over Poland were surveyed. The quality and professionalism of investor and entrepreneur enquiries flowing into the office were examined. Poznań took a prestigious place among municipalities that cooperate best with investors and local entrepreneurs. The aim of the "Gmina na 5!' survey was to analyse the activities of Polish municipalities. The tasks were designed to show how the municipalities cooperate with the local community and to demonstrate their partnership-based attitude towards local entrepreneurs and external investors. Great care was taken to analyse how the communes fulfilled the expectations entrusted to them, as well as what tools and methods they used to carry out the tasks,' reads the introduction to the report which summarised the survey.
  • BEST TEAM in the 5th edition of the TOP WOMAN in Real Estate competition. The girls from the BOI Team were awarded in the BEST TEAM category designed for teams managed by a woman and last year they stood out from others in the sector.
  • 1st place in the category of cities with district rights in the 4th Financial Ranking of LocalAuthorities in Poland - The 4th Financial Ranking of Local Governments in Poland is presented every year during the European Congress of Local Governments, it is a place of exchange of views and meetings of local government leaders, regional elites with representatives of state administration, NGOs and business. The ranking was prepared by independent researchers from the Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies (organiser of the Economic Forum in Karpacz) in cooperation with the Wrocław University of Economics on the basis of an examination of official financial statements submitted by local governments to the Regional Chamber of Audit. The 4th Financial Ranking of Local Governments in Poland is presented every year during the European Congress of Local Governments, it is a place of exchange of views and meetings of local government leaders, regional elites with representatives of state administration, NGOs and business.
